Blue and Silver Christmas Kitchen Home Tour

I just had my first annual favorite things party last night for the ladies in my new neighborhood and thought it fitting to share with you today my blue and silver Christmas kitchen home tour.

Of course, since this room opens into the breakfast room and living room the holiday color scheme from our Christmas living room was carried into this space too. You can check out my Christmas Living Room tour and Christmas entryway/front porch home tours to get caught up!

Today’s post is just going to be a lot of eye candy so you can see all the little holiday details I’ve added in here.

I am loving having such a big kitchen to cook in this season and it is definitely the heart of our home. So I hope you enjoy my Christmas kitchen home tour!

I am still living with the soft blue that was painted on the kitchen island and fireplace and plan to tackle that project in the new year.

At times it reads a mint green and I just do not love that. During bright daylight, it is this soft subtle blue that is so pretty.

Also, you can see below a sneak peek of some changes in the breakfast room! I will be doing the full reveal of that space and what we did on Wednesday.

As you can see, I used a lot of greenery pieces to accent within the kitchen.

I added this live bay leaf to our kitchen hood and it smells incredible! I love that it is beautiful and functional.

I have been using the leaves in my cooking this season. I love having a fresh wreath in this space!

I used a lot of juniper berry stems and garlands in the kitchen and living room.

The stems are so pretty clustered in a little white vase on our stove.

I got these darling little white houses at Tuesday Morning this year and used them in our entryway too.

The windows actually light up! I placed one here in our kitchen on a cake plate with a clipping from a cedar garland I got at Home Depot.

I kept my island simple this year and really kept what I had there from this fall. I just changed out the pumpkins for some bottle brush trees and a mercury glass one.

I added my juniper berry stems to my vase and clustered ornaments in a little mercury glass bowl with velvet ribbons tied to their ends.

I found these darling mini juniper berry wreaths local but I found them online for you HERE too!

They have these sweet little blueberries on them that match the other juniper berry stems and garland I used this year.

I shared on IG Stories how I secured them but in a nutshell, I used thin wire and wrapped it around the back of the wreath and woven through the back of the barstool.

Then tied the wire together. I then tied on some of my leftover grey ribbon from our Christmas tree to match them to the rest of the decor.

Here I used more of the juniper berry wreaths and laid it flat then placed my candle in the middle. Then I clustered some tea lights and another mercury glass candle.

These peppermint sticks are our absolute favorite and I found tons of them at Homegoods this year! So I put them in a little apothecary jar tied with a little velvet ribbon and a fresh cedar cutting.

I love getting seasonal soaps for our kitchen to enjoy and this year I got this winter forest set. It smells like fresh pine! They are so yummy and currently on sale.
