Are you looking for easy decor this holiday season? You know what I mean. Holiday decor that you can do in minutes, doesn't take much effort but gives you big impact. Well, I've got just the project for you and your kids. My home is a revolving door at the holiday time and I need big statement centerpieces that don't cost a lot. If you are like me then I've got the perfect tutorial for you! I've teamed up with Duck Tape® for this simple DIY holiday table decor centerpiece. So get ready for a super cute Duct Tape craft idea! I was blown away by all the decorative tape Duct Tape just launched. I think Lauren may even have snuck some in her room to use. I may have to go get it back!
Simple DIY Holiday Table Decor Centerpiece:
Step 1: First remove the wrapper from the cans. Just peel it right on off. Step 2: Next, select a color of Duck Tape for the bottom layer. You will be creating 3 layers on each can so pick your 3 colors first. Tape it on horizontally and wrap all the way around the can. Step 3: Do the same with your next color but on the very top half of the can. Step 4: Next, use a Duck Tape glitter tape to tape and wrap around the center of the can. This is now what you should have. Step 5: Lastly, cut small strips of Duck Tape black glitter tape to make letters for the front of the cans. Just stick them into the different shapes and spell a holiday sentiment. I arranged them on the table to spell out "Holiday" and filled with small floral arrangements and others with little votives. My little one had so much fun helping make these and it is such a easy craft for the holidays. The easier the better at this time of year don't you think? Be sure to grab some Duck Tape this holiday season for some easy DIY projects around the house and holiday flare with their amazing glitter tape. They also have a fabulous holiday Pinterest board. I am in love!
