Classic Eggnog

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Egg Yolks
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 Cup Milk
  • 1-1/4 Cup Bourbon
  • 1/4 Cup Spiced Rum
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg + For Garnish
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions
 

  • Add egg yolks and sugar to blender. Blend until combined.
  • Add remaining ingredients and pulse until well blended.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with whipped cream and nutmeg.
