Instructions
Place the onion (½ onion), jalapenos (3 tablespoons), and garlic (2 cloves) into the food processor. Pulse 5 times or until you have the consistency you like.
Add in the tomatoes (14.5 ounces), lime juice (½ fresh lime), coarse salt (½ teaspoon), and cilantro (2 tablespoons). Pulse 5 times or until you have the consistency you like.
Pour the salsa into your serving bowl. Can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator. The flavors come together and taste the best the following day.
The salsa can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 12 days in an airtight container.
