What happens once I place my order?
Once your order has been placed, your order will ship in 7-10 business days.
Can I customize my order?
Yes! If you would like custom colors, text changes, graphic changes or something other than what you see in the shop, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Graphic adjustments do incur a small fee.
How do you ship my order?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email. Please allow 24 hours for the system to update with your tracking information before trying to track your order.
Do you accept International orders?
We are not accepting International orders at this time due to the unpredictability of the arrival date of items. If you still would like to place a International order, please email us at email@example.com
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept paypal and major credit cards through paypal.
Do you charge sales tax?
If you live in Texas you will be charged 8.25% tax.
Do you take refunds if I am unhappy with my order?
Due to the nature of the items we create, we do not accept refunds. All our items are custom personalized items made specifically for you. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
