The holiday season is full of parties and get togethers with friends and family. This year, I thought it would be fun to make a festive cocktail that they will be sure to love! I asked our Facebook followers what seasonal drink recipe is a favorite and they were unanimous in martini recipes. So I put my thinking cap on and came up with something great! These chocolate whipped peppermint martinis are so easy to make and I can not think of a more delicious combination than chocolate and peppermint. Lucky me, Pinnacle® Vodka offers a Chocolate Whipped vodka, making it simple to prepare this perfect cocktail for the season. With just a few ingredients and some crushed peppermints, you can easily set up a little bar cart with these items for guests to make their own.
- 2 oz Pinnacle® Whipped Chocolate Vodka
- 1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
- 1/4 oz vanilla liqueur
- peppermint candies
- Shake all liquide ingredients in a martini shaker.
- Crush peppermint candies in a bowl.
- Dip rim of martini glass in water and then dip it in the crushed peppermint candies so they stick to the rim.
- Pour drink from shaker into glasses and serve!
