Sharing my green and white guest bedroom with gorgeous finds from Wayfair for a nature inspired room design that has a subtle texture and a classic style.

This post is sponsored by Wayfair, but all opinions are my own.

It has been a couple of months since we moved into our new home and you can read more about that journey, and see our coastal kitchen reveal and living room reveal to get caught up.

When we moved in I just dumped all the furniture from the last house in this room and didn’t bother updating it. We have had a lot of it for many years and it has been time for an upgrade!

One of my favorite places to shop online for furniture and accessories is Wayfair. We have many pieces from there in our home like our bed in the master, our nightstands, and the dresser in my daughter’s room. They are known for carrying top leading brands with the convenience of shopping from your computer right at home.

That’s why I knew where to go to do a quick refresh of this new space in our home and find some small upgrades that would give this space a huge impact.

Our guest room gets incredible light and looks out to the horse pasture. There is something so special about waking up in the morning and seeing the horses grazing and our house guests get to enjoy that too when they are here.

My goal was to make this room feel light and airy and reflect the colors of the outdoors. You know I tend to go for blues so this was fun to do in shades of green and white.

I first look for bedding to help guide the overall design. I typed into the search on Wayfair, green and white bedding, and this floral bedding set that includes a set of 7 pieces.

I love that not only were there coordinating shams but there were also euro pillow covers and 2 decorative pillows that match.

The contrasting beige color of the large shams and front pillow add warmth to the bedding set.

The underside of the comforter is the contrast beige as well so when you flip the edge of it back it all ties together.

I also found on Wayfair this lush knit throw blanket in a darker gray shade.

It is super soft and has a tight woven pattern to it that gives some contrast in texture and color.

The cream knit rug and blanket are so pretty together and help break up the pattern of the comforter without it looking too busy.

I always love to give guests an extra throw blanket just in case for cooler nights and this one is perfect!

The next thing I looked for was new nightstands. I wanted something a little bigger than what we had and wanted something that had a coastal vibe to it.

I found these beautiful grasscloth-covered end tables that have a little shelf on the bottom.

Again they are just another way for me to add in texture and a little contrast color.

They are the perfect height and could easily double as end tables in our living room later if I wanted to move them. They just are one of those highly transitional pieces to have in your home.

I found these incredible sage green table lamps to match the green in the bedding.

They have a modern silhouette and are such a rich gorgeous color.

I mirrored everything on the other side of the bed and then just added a few accessories to complete the decor.

Some of my favorite things to decorate a guest bedroom nightstand are candles, potted plants, books, and a small clock.

The color of the table lamps even matches all the trees outside so when you enter the room you see all the rich green tones of the decor inside and the nature of the outside.

And that’s my guest bedroom refresh for you! I have dreams of maybe doing some wallpaper in here and adding in some drapes but that will be further down the road.

This room feels cozy and comfortable and the green and white tones are classic.
